We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Labourer / Equipment Support person to join our team.
This is a full-time, hands-on position supporting a variety of construction, excavation, aggregate, and equipment operations. The successful candidate must be willing to work in different environments and assist with a wide range of duties as required.
Responsibilities
· General labour and site cleanup
· Shoveling and assisting crew members
· Fueling and greasing trucks and heavy equipment
· Performing basic daily equipment checks and maintenance
· Supporting crusher and screening operations when required
· Assisting with excavation, construction, and site servicing work
· Loading, unloading, and handling materials
· Assisting equipment operators and other crew members
· Operating equipment when qualified and required
· Maintaining clean and safe work areas
· Following all company safety policies and procedures
· Other duties as required
Qualifications
· Construction or general labour experience is an asset
· Experience around crushing and screening equipment is an asset
· Heavy equipment operating experience is an asset
· Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance experience are an asset
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Physically capable of performing manual labour
· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
· Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
· Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
