Overview
As an Office Associate at Alloy Wheel Repair, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders and merchandise sales, and assisting with administrative tasks. You should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer’s invoices for wheels and tires, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and confirmed.
- Sales Support: Help the sales team with administrative tasks such as order entry, invoicing, and processing payments. Assist in tire sales and educate customers’ about the safety of wheels and tires.
- Billing & Documentation: Prepare and manage customer invoices, receipts, and other documentation related to sales and services.
- Scheduling: Help schedule tire installations, repairs, and other services, ensuring that appointments are properly scheduled and customers are informed.
- Maintain Office Environment: Keep the office area neat, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and functional.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; French speaking is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in , Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Ability to learn new software and tools as needed.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with both customers and coworkers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in the automotive or tire industry is a plus, but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
