About the Role
BikeBuddies.ca is hiring bike instructors to teach bike lessons to children in local parks across Toronto, North York, and Vaughan. You choose which parks you teach at and set your own hours and days around your schedule.
Preferred Teaching Areas
We are currently looking for instructors who can offer lessons in or around the following locations:
- McGregor Park
- 61 Town Centre Court
- Spring Blossom Park
- Ventura Park
- Broadlands Park
- Aga Khan Museum
What You'll Do
- Teach one-on-one bike lessons to children aged 3–12 in a local park
- Communicate with parents before and after each session
- Show up on time and be someone parents and kids can count on
What We're Looking For
- Based in Toronto, North York, Vaughan, or Scarborough
- Students looking for a flexible job
- Reliable and responsible
- Patient with kids who are nervous or frustrated
- Comfortable riding a bike
- No teaching experience needed — we train you
Pay & Hours
$19 per 45-minute lesson or $25 per one-hour lesson.
(Pay is per lesson, not per hour. Travel time is not included.)
Lessons are scheduled based on bookings and your availability. Hours can fluctuate from week to week. Some weeks you may teach around 3 total hours, while other weeks you may teach 8–9 hours or more. It depends on demand and the days you are available.
