Duties
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach and support a team of supervisors and seasonal staff.
- Communicate expectations clearly and hold the team accountable.
- Assist with onboarding and training.
- Respond to day-to-day staffing issues and ensure shifts remain properly staffed
Daily Operations
- Oversee restaurant, bar, patio, boat launch and rental operations.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor labour costs and adjust staffing as business demands change.
- Work alongside supervisors to improve ticket times and guest flow.
- Identify operational issues and proactively solve them.
Events
- Coordinate private events, live music and community programming.
- Communicate with clients before and during events.
- Ensure events are planned, staffed and executed successfully.
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend operational improvements.
- Help develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Launch new products and initiatives with the operations team.
- Complete weekly reporting and communicate priorities for the coming week.

Work Schedule
This is a seasonal leadership position.
During the operating season you should expect:
- Full-time hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Being present during peak operating periods.
- Flexibility based on weather, events and business volume.
Pay: $47,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
