- FSRA/FSCO Mortgage Agent Licence
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Professional, trustworthy, reliable, and organized
- Strong desire to build a career in the mortgage industry
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willing to put in the effort to grow their own business with brokerage support
- Basic computer skills
