We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Steam Engineer - 4th Class to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of steam systems within our processing facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to system management, supporting our commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain steam generation equipment to ensure continuous and safe plant operations
- Conduct routine inspections of boilers, and related systems, adhering to safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical knowledge of systems engineering
- Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and safety inspections
- Follow the established programs, polices and practices of Prairie Gold Produce Ltd.
Qualifications
- Valid 4th Class Steam Engineer certification or equivalent license with demonstrated knowledge of boiler operations and safety procedures
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and document technical procedures clearly

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
