You’ll represent Rogers services while combining customer service with sales-focused conversations. Your role will be to understand what customers are looking for, explain suitable options, and help create a straightforward and welcoming experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do as a Rogers Sales Associate
- Engage with customers through friendly, professional conversations and create a welcoming experience from the start.
- Learn about customer needs and recommend Rogers products and services that align with their preferences.
- Present plans, features, promotions, and service options clearly while highlighting relevant benefits.
- Answer customer questions accurately and provide helpful information to support informed decisions.
- Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and other service-related processes.
