Overview
Come and join our award winning Automotive team as a passionate and energetic Automotive Service Advisor! This very important role includes one on one with customers booking appointments, ordering parts and estimating. We pride ourselves on customer service and providing honest great work with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate updates to customers throughout the service process
- Upsell recommended maintenance or additional services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain detailed records of all service orders, customer interactions, and repair histories
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience or automotive service advisor background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience highly advantageous for effective communication with technicians
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology
- Experience with sales techniques, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
