Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect, network, and generate leads to build a robust pipeline of residential or commercial mortgage clients.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with realtors, financial planners, lawyers, and other centers of influence.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' financing needs and credit profiles.
- Analyze, structure, and submit mortgage applications to our network of lenders.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid, active Mortgage Agent or Broker license in Ontario. (Required)
- Proven track record in mortgage origination, banking, or financial sales.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and credit analysis.
- Self-motivated and driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
