We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Prepare homes for clients by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients
- Organize cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a tidy work environment and report any maintenance issues or damages
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform laundry tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at client locations
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
