Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Restoration Cleaners to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This role involves restoring properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage through thorough cleaning and restoration processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to help clients recover their homes and businesses efficiently. Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of affected areas using various cleaning techniques and equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to remove debris, damaged materials, and prepare surfaces for restoration
- Assist with demolition and construction tasks as needed during the restoration process
- Operate specialized equipment safely and effectively to restore properties to their pre-damage condition
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations
- Document work performed and communicate progress or issues to supervisors
Skills
- Experience with cleaning techniques and equipment preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction practices is advantageous
- Knowledge of restoration processes related to water, fire, or mold damage is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding situations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and reliability are essential for success in this role

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
