ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Technician/Team Leader (Preferred EV Certified or trained) for a full-time, on-site role located in Coquitlam, BC. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, mentoring and helping younger technicians in diagnostics.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues.

Perform repair and maintenance tasks to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Utilize the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic tools.

Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentice technicians, enhancing the overall skill level of the team.

Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures, including safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with the service team and customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS

Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification is required.

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong track record of high-quality workmanship.

In-depth knowledge of modern automotive technologies and diagnostic tools.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
