Responsibilities
Assist with measuring, cutting, and installing sheet metal components using hand tools and power tools.
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication and installation.
Support the installation of ductwork, ventilation systems, roofing components, and other sheet metal assemblies on construction sites.
Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and assisting with site cleanup and organization.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some construction or carpentry experience is a plus.
Basic familiarity with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, and measuring tapes.
Strong interest in learning technical skills related to sheet metal work and construction trades.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with guidance.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions on active construction sites.
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward training and mentorship.
Must be committed to safety practices including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
