NOTICE EVERYTHING.
Seriously.
If you're the person who already knows what's happening before anyone tells you… that's exactly why we want to meet you.
We're looking for someone who understands that a brand isn't built in a single post; it's built in the details, the follow-through, and everything happening behind the scenes.
Not because someone taught you in a marketing textbook. Because you just get it.
Here's who we're looking for:
- The person who can’t scroll past a competitor’s post without immediately screenshotting it and thinking, "okay, we need to do this, but better."
- The person who reads industry news for fun and already knew about that new pipeline or data center before it hit the local paper.
- The person who gets a little too excited about SEO rankings and Google Analytics dashboards. Yes, that's a real thing.
- The person who spots an empty elevator, golf course, or coffee line and thinks, "why isn’t there an ad here?"
- The person who remembers client anniversaries, holidays, and gift timelines better than their own.
- The person who can turn “we need a booth at this event” into tablecloths, signage, and a plan, without missing a beat.
- The person who's organized enough to run five projects at once and still remember the small things that make people feel appreciated.
What you'll actually do:
Daily Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Keep a pulse on competitor content and industry news, and turn it into recommendations for the team.
- Engage with clients' and prospects' posts through likes, comments, and shout-outs to build visibility and relationships.
- Track trends across platforms to keep our content and brand ideas fresh and relevant.
- Report on content performance weekly and monthly engagement, followers, what's working, and walk the team through it.
- Hunt down new ways to get our brand in front of the right audience, online and in real-world spaces people don't expect (elevators, airports, golf courses, coffee shops, hotel lobbies, events).
Website & SEO
- Manage website updates in WordPress as needed.
- Own day-to-day SEO (tagging, indexing, Google Search Console, and Analytics) to keep us visible and easy to find.
Content, Brand & Sales Support
- Plan and create content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram that builds brand awareness and supports sales and marketing goals.
- Coordinate new hire announcement posts.
- Bring humour, video, and AI into the content mix, because a feed full of serious carousels doesn't get anyone's attention.
Sales Support
- Coordinate what goes out to sales, including new sales emails and meeting scheduling.
- Plan new client welcome packages, including what to order and have ready.
- Build out the client engagement calendar, touchpoints, emails, and prompts, planned in advance.
- Plan and manage anniversary, holiday, and milestone gifts for clients: what, when, and how.
Events
- Decide which events are worth showing up to.
- Get us event-ready every time: tablecloths, backdrops, signage, all of it.
Sponsorships & Donations
- Manage sponsorship commitments and donations (think golf tournament prize draws), including budget and ordering, planned out in advance.
New Hire Packages
- Plan and prepare welcome packages for new hires, tailored for agents and admin staff.
Employee Engagement
- Support event requests and employee engagement initiatives as they come up.
- Help keep recognition fresh through shout-outs, values on the wall, and more.
- Come up with fresh internal content that gets the team excited about representing the brand, turning everyone into an ambassador without it feeling like sales.
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to "run social media."
We're looking for someone who wants to build and protect a brand; online, in the community, and everywhere in between.
Who this is perfect for:
- Marketing or communications student, or recent grad
- Someone who's naturally organized and loves juggling a dozen moving pieces at once
- Someone who gets excited about strategy, data, and the details other people overlook
- Someone who wants to learn every side of marketing, not just the social media side
Experience is great. Organization, initiative, and curiosity are even better.
$20-25/hour
If you're the person your team already comes to with “wait, how do we handle this?”…
If a messy to-do list makes you feel more excited than stressed…
If strategy and small details both genuinely interest you…
We'd love to meet you.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
