Yummy Waffle (Downtown Ottawa) is seeking highly dedicated and experienced part-time team members to manage our late-night operations. We are looking for professional individuals who meet the following criteria:
Shift Details:
- Hours: From 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Schedule: All days of the week.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Experience (Mandatory): Candidates must provide proof of prior experience in the restaurant industry. Unexperienced applicants will not be considered.
- Longevity & Commitment: We are strictly looking for long-term partners. This position is not open for seasonal or short-term employment.
- Performance Under Pressure: High capability to handle operational demands and maintain service quality during late hours.
- Teamwork & Rapid Adaptation: Strong commitment to collaborative work and the ability to quickly master our operational procedures.
- Proximity: Preference is given to candidates residing in or near the Downtown/Centretown area for convenient commuting after closing.
Compensation:
- Base Rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Gratuities: An additional average of $2.00 per hour in tips.
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
