Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support both staff operations and overall office management. The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining organized records, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with daily office functions.
A Valid Driving License and Vehicle is required for this Job.
Duties
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information.
- Do Bank Runs to deposit proceeds and pick documents from another offices.
- Assist staff members and Lawyer in Real Estate Practice and Corporate Law.
- Utilize computer systems to input data, manage files, and streamline office processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, particularly in roles such as clerk.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications for administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
