Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work sites, including preparing tools and supplies
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a secure environment for yourself and team members
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites throughout the shift
Experience
- Prior experience in construction material handling, or general labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Must be dependable, punctual, and eager to contribute to team success
