Job Summary
delivers friendly customer service, prepares food to exact brand standards, processes cash and digital payments, and maintains restaurant cleanliness. Shifts take place on your feet in a fast-paced environment supporting kitchen, counter, drive-thru, and dining room operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests, take accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru headset, explain menu choices, and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Food Preparation:
- Assemble orders, package meals, sides, and sauces accurately for dine-in, takeout, or third-party delivery.
- Restock breading stations, packaging materials, and freezer goods throughout the shift.
- Monitor oil temperatures, cooking times, and holding cabinets to ensure product quality and food safety.
- Cash Handling: Operate point-of-sale (POS) registers, process cash, debit, or credit transactions, and balance drawers accurately.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Sanitize workstations, sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and follow strict food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Teamwork: Stock inventory stations, communicate clearly with teammates, and help during busy rush periods.Skills and Requirements
