Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to office, including but not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain records using standard office software
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries
- Oversee smooth operation of office
- Provide personal assistance to company executives as required
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years related experience providing support in an office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good understanding of Chinese is an asset
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping knowledge preferred
- Basic legal knowledge and IT experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle information with discretion
- Excellent communication, time-management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
