We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and service‑oriented Aftercare Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest care, professional skincare treatments, and thoughtful aftercare guidance in a warm and welcoming environment. Bilingual abilities in Korean or Chinese are highly preferred to support our diverse clientele.
This role combines hands‑on post laser aftercare treatment procedures, and retail promotion to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Aftercare treatments - Provide post‑laser aftercare skincare treatments tailored to each client.
- Treatment assistance - Support clients through cleansing, before/after photo taking, and assist doctors during aesthetic procedures.
- Sanitation standards - Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness throughout treatment and common areas.
- Guest service - Address client inquiries professionally and ensure a positive, comfortable experience.
- Retail promotion - Upsell skincare products and treatments confidently to support retail sales.
- Front desk support - Assist with scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, and guest communication when needed.
- Client satisfaction - Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests feel cared for throughout their visit.
- Inventory maintenance - Help monitor and maintain stock levels of skincare products and supplies.
Requirements
- Background or experience in skincare, beauty, aesthetics, or related fields preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Confidence in retail sales and upselling techniques.
- Experience in front desk or guest services is an asset.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Part‑time availability is required, with Friday being a mandatory working day.
- Availability on Monday & Saturday are highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
