Your Role
As a B2B Field Sales Representative, you will:
● Manage Your Territory: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses within
your assigned territory.
● Meet Business Owners: Conduct face-to-face meetings with small and medium-sized
businesses.
● Drive Account Activation: Guide businesses through the onboarding process and
achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
● Build Client Relationships: Develop strong professional relationships and encourage
long-term business growth.
● Track Your Performance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities,
and sales results.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 1+ year of sales, customer service, business development, or other
customer-facing experience preferred.
● Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
● Confidence: Comfortable approaching and speaking with business owners and
decision-makers.
● Motivation: Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
● Self-Starter: Independent, organized, and able to manage your territory effectively.
● Professionalism: Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
●Driver's Licence: Required.
