The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Ontario retail locations. This role carries full responsibility for commercial performance, team leadership, and brand representation at store level.
The Store Manager will play a key role in growing local brand awareness, driving sales, and delivering a consistent customer experience aligned with Trespass standards.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded retail leader who enjoys developing people, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze sales trends and take appropriate action to improve performance
- Manage store budgets, payroll, and controllable costs
Customer Experience
- Lead by example to deliver a consistent and engaging customer experience
- Build strong product knowledge within the team to support customer needs
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
People Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing store team
- Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and motivated team culture
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
- Ensure the store consistently meets Trespass visual merchandising and brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
Stock, Inventory & Loss Prevention
- Manage inventory levels to support sales while minimizing shrink
- Complete stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records
- Implement loss prevention and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Proven retail store management experience, ideally within apparel, footwear, outdoor, or lifestyle retail
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for team leadership
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
