As a Crew Member, you will learn all aspects of our restaurant operations—from crafting our world-famous treats to preparing fresh, hot food and delivering exceptional customer service. If you love variety and working as part of a team, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Our Crew Members are cross-trained to handle multiple stations, ensuring every shift is dynamic and engaging. Your duties will include:
- Guest Service: Greeting guests with a warm smile, taking accurate orders at the front counter, and handling cash/card transactions.
- Treat Preparation: Crafting world-famous DQ Blizzards, cones, sundaes, and cakes according to strict standard recipes.
- Kitchen & Grill Operations: Cooking and assembling hot menu items (burgers, chicken strips, fries) safely and efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensuring dine-in and takeout orders are assembled quickly, accurately, and presented beautifully to our guests.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining excellent food safety and sanitation standards by keeping the kitchen, counter area, and dining room clean, stocked, and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with your teammates and supervisors to ensure a smooth, positive, and efficient shift.
