Landscape Labourer – Full-Time
3 Seasons Landscaping is hiring Landscape Labourers to join our team!
If you enjoy working outside, staying active, and being part of a hardworking crew, this is a great opportunity to build experience in the landscaping and construction industry.
We’re looking for reliable, motivated people with a positive attitude who are ready to work and learn. Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but it is not required. We’re happy to train the right people.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with landscape construction projects
- Installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, sod, soil, rock and other landscape materials
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Using hand and power tools
- Assisting equipment operators and crew leaders
- Keeping job sites organized and clean
- Working as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required
