We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to join our team and lead projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on job sites
- Plan, schedule, and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all work meets code, safety, and project standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Mentor and support apprentices and journeymen
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent certification)
- Proven experience in a Foreman or Lead Hand role
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
