Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Chef / Kitchen Helper to join our late-night kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who works well under pressure, moves with urgency, and takes pride in keeping a clean and organized station during busy services.
You’ll assist with pizza prep, line support, cleaning, and closing duties in a fast-paced cocktail bar environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and assist with food prep during service
- Support the kitchen team during high-volume rushes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Assist with stocking, prep work, dishwashing, and closing duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Help maintain fast ticket times and consistent food quality
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or pizza experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work late nights and weekends consistently
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness under pressure
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
- Must be dependable and punctual
