La Saison de Patisserie is a Vancouver based French patisserie focusing on artisan French pastries, entremets, chocolate and sandwiches. We will also be serving high quality roasted coffee and premium tea.

We are currently looking for FULL TIME Barista who are passionate about coffee and delicious pastries to join our team at 3868 Rupert Street, Vancouver, BC.
You will be working in a team that shares common standards and enthusiasm for quality and service. Training for this position will be a week. The training will be full-time and the chosen candidates will be required to find reliable transportation to the location.
Note: MUST HAVE VALID WORK PERMIT
Hours (32-40hrs):
Weekdays (2 or 3 days): 8:30am to 5pm
Weekend (sat & sun): 12:00 to 8:30pm
Start: Early to Mid-June 2026

Duties and responsibilities:
· Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation. Receive and process customer payments
· Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
· Make sure the bar is well prepared, check inventory of all items and mixtures.
· Experience of espresso machine and coffee grinder.
· Prepare espresso based drinks and other drinks for customers.
· Prepare or serve menu items, such sandwiches, cakes, veinosserie, or chocolate
· Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
· Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
· Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
· Following set procedures for food handling, storing, and re stocking
· Bus tables, dishwashing, cleaning as needed.
· Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
· Clean service or seating areas.
· Take out garbage and recycle.
· Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
· Demonstrate commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
· Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
· Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
(BONUS but not required) speak French
