Crowfoot Wine & Spirits is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Manager Trainee to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills and build a long-term career in the retail liquor industry.
As a Manager Trainee, you will receive hands-on training at multiple Crowfoot Wine & Spirits locations to learn all aspects of store operations, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and team leadership. Once a permanent Store Manager position becomes available, you will be placed in one of our locations.
Schedule
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Full-time
What You'll Do
- Learn all aspects of liquor retail operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Support, motivate, and lead store team members.
- Learn scheduling, ordering, and day-to-day store management responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with all Alberta liquor regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to travel to various Crowfoot Wine & Spirits locations to complete the training program.
- ProServe certification is required (or must be obtained before employment).
