Senior Shopify Website, Graphic Design & Operations Coordinator (Contract)
Vertical Suits is seeking an experienced contractor with 5+ years of experience to help manage our website, digital content, forms, email communications, and coordination with programmers and third-party providers.
This role requires a highly organized individual who can work independently, communicate professionally in English, and ensure our website, pricing, products, and marketing materials remain accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Update website pricing, products, collections, images, and content using Shopify.
- Upload and organize product photos, fabric images, and marketing content on the website.
- Create and maintain forms for new suit designs, custom clothing options, fabrics, measurements, and customer selections.
- Design and update brochures, forms, sales tools, and marketing materials.
- Manage and organize company email communications.
- Coordinate directly with programmers, developers, and software providers regarding website updates and improvements.
- Maintain product and pricing information using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Test website changes and identify issues before launch.
- Manage digital assets, product images, and content organization.
- Assist with SEO, website optimization, and user experience improvements.
- Track projects and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Shopify administration experience.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills.
- Experience creating forms, catalogs, and product documentation.
- Experience uploading and managing website images and digital assets.
- Experience working directly with programmers and developers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional communication skills for meetings, phone calls, and video conferences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Compensation
Contract position.
$40–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
