Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team.
We are a patient centric Multidisciplinary Clinic (Physiotherapy, Chriopractor, RMT , Ostepathy, Chiropoday & Accupuncture Care ) at located at prime location in Missisauga
The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a genuine interest in health and customer care, with the ability to create a calming environment for clients seeking therapeutic treatment.
The Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored massage techniques that enhance their health and relaxation.
Available to work on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday .
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their health concerns and desired outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Keep detailed records of client treatments and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, including proper sanitation procedures.
- Promote wellness services and contribute to a positive client experience through excellent customer service.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatment plans.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients.
- Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate empathy towards clients’ concerns.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required;
- Licensure as per state regulations is preferred or required.
