Kananaskis Campground Services Inc. operates and maintains numerous campgrounds, day use areas and campground stores within the Elbow Valley, Sheep River Valley, and Highwood areas of Kananaskis.
We are seeking individuals to be part of a proactive, customer-centric, and dependable Seasonal Store Team at McLean Creek Store for the 2026 season. Perfect for Summer students and those wanting to work, live, and play in beautiful Kananaskis Country.
This role is seasonal, full time (35-40 hours/week) with start dates from May to late June and end dates in September and up to Thanksgiving Weekend. Typically a work week would include 5 shifts, 6-8 hours per shift. Candidates must be available to work weekends and evenings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide exceptional visitor service—answer questions, handle visitor concerns, offer local area knowledge, and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors
- Camper registration
- Sales of food products, camping supplies
- Serving scooped ice cream
- Providing visitors with information, rules, and regulations of the campgrounds and parks
- Stocking shelves
- Store opening and closing
- Store & washroom cleaning and other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail or campground operations is preferred but not required
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Accommodations: Furnished, shared staff accommodations are available for $10/day
Wage: Starting at $17/hour
