Stone Road Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our growing independent pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate looking to develop clinical skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and practice pharmacy to its full scope in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care and medication counseling
- Conduct medication reviews and chronic disease management services
- Administer injections and immunizations
- Prescribe for minor ailments and adapt prescriptions where permitted
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Support pharmacy operations and workflow management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Qualifications
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Ontario
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Experience with Kroll an asset
