RebalanceMD Broadway is a modern, interdisciplinary MSK centre that co-locates orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, sports medicine physicians, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, nurses, and pedorthists under one roof. Our integrated model ensures patients receive coordinated, timely care supported by a close-knit, collaborative team. As a Clinical LPN, you will play a key role in delivering conservative management, supporting interventions and injection clinics, cast clinics, and post-operative follow-up.
We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants—this role can be structured based on availability and clinic need.
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical LPN at RebalanceMD Broadway, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical support in post-operative follow-up clinics, consult clinics, cast clinics, and during minor procedures. Specific skills required would include basic wound care, suture removal and cast removal etc.
- Assist in injection clinics, supporting physicians and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Participate in conservative MSK management, helping patients access appropriate education, resources, and non-surgical therapies (e.g. splinting, bracing, orthotics, physiotherapy).
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, kinesiologists, physicians, and pedorthists to align care plans and monitor patient progress.
- Accurately document patient interactions, care provided, and follow-up actions within the EMR (TELUS CHR).
Who You Are
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Ideally experienced in orthopedic, ambulatory, or procedure-based care (or willing to learn).
- Skilled at working in collaborative, patient-centered settings.
- A clear and compassionate communicator who values teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Comfortable with flexible schedules and multi-disciplinary environments.
