Our client, a leading organization in Edmonton, is seeking an entry-level Data Entry & Recruitment Support Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, in-office.

Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain internal employee resumes using established templates.
- Review employee-marked-up resumes and accurately transfer corrections into official templates.
- Interpret handwritten notes, tracked changes, and other resume amendments.
- Cross-reference information between multiple systems to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Upload finalized resumes into internal systems.
- Support the preparation of resumes for project bids and awarded projects, ensuring proposed employees meet project requirements.
- Perform general administrative, data entry, and document management duties as required.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling employee information.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify information and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working extensively on a computer.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong at reviewing information and identifying errors or inconsistencies.
- Able to cross-check information between different systems.
- Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- A clear and professional communicator.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
