We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Server to join our team at Szechuan Express in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at our take-out counter, preparing food, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Stocking and keeping track of inventory
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to operate POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Strong time management skills in fast-paced settings.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: From $17.75 per hour
