Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the integrity of the company's financial information and ensuring accurate accounting practices while supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Sage accounting software
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections and ensure accurate posting of payments
- Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit card statements and intercompany transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and expense accounts
- Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations and internal controls
- Prepare and submit tax filings and support regulatory compliance
- Supervise, review, and mentor junior accounting staff as needed
- Collaborate with auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations
Experience
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- You have 4–7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
- You have Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- You have Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- You have the Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay: $70,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
