Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in both residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry tasks as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Assist with light cooking or hospitality-related tasks if required by clients
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness
