Position Summary
The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee projects related to business operations, ensuring activities are planned, monitored, and completed according to established objectives. This role supports collaboration between teams and helps maintain effective project execution. The position can be performed remotely from home, allowing employees to manage projects, coordinate with teams, and monitor progress through digital collaboration and project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation to support project activities.
- Coordinate project tasks and communication between internal teams and stakeholders through virtual meetings and online collaboration platforms.
- Manage project resources, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Prepare reports and updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
- Review project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement project management processes to support consistent execution.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve project challenges and improve workflows in a remote work environment.
- Analyse project performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders using project management and digital communication tools.
Requirements

- Knowledge of the insurance sector or financial services is an asset.
Pay: $90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
