Curate & Co. is looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual to help bring our new retail experience to life.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day retail operations
- Opening and closing the store
- Assisting customers and creating an exceptional shopping experience
- Managing inventory and stock levels
- Receiving, pricing, and merchandising new products
- Ordering products from vendors and coordinating deliveries
- Maintaining inventory systems and tracking sales trends
- Assisting with visual merchandising and seasonal displays
- Processing sales and handling transactions
- Supporting special events, workshops, and in-store experiences
- Helping curate and source new products that align with our brand
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passionate about home décor, design, art, and lifestyle products
- Comfortable using POS and inventory management systems
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong with communication and problem-solving
- Available weekdays, weekends, and occasional evening events
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Retail management experience
- Buying or product sourcing experience
- Visual merchandising experience
- Social media or content creation skills
- Interior design or styling background
