Spectra Aluminum Products is a growing Canadian manufacturer with five facilities across Ontario. We're looking for an experienced AZ Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team, transporting aluminum products and heavy loads throughout Ontario and Quebec.
This is a full-time company driver position with approximately 2-3 long haul runs per week, along with occasional short-haul runs as needed. Routes and schedules can vary based on customer and business needs, so we're looking for someone who values steady work and can offer some scheduling flexibility.
You'll have an assigned sleeper cab that's yours to drive - no sharing cabs between drivers.
What You'll Do
- Complete long-haul deliveries throughout Ontario and Quebec.
- Transport aluminum products and heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- Complete approximately 2-3 long haul runs per week with flexibility based on delivery schedules.
- Support local and short-haul deliveries as required.
- Complete overnight runs using a company-provided sleeper cab.
- Safely secure, inspect and transport loads in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
- Complete required trip, delivery and vehicle documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations and service requirements.

Qualifications
- Valid Ontario AZ driver's licence.
- Minimum 2 years of AZ commercial driving experience.
- Long haul driving experience is preferred.
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR.
- Experience transporting and securing heavy loads is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicle safety requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- French/English bilingualism is considered an asset.
