Photo Order Specialist
Are you someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where there's always something to do?
This is a seasonal position focused on preparing, checking and packaging school and sports photo orders. No previous photo lab experience is required! We're looking for someone who can work accurately, stay organized and learn our processes.
What you'll be doing
Your day may include:
- Sorting, organizing and packaging school and sports photo orders
- Carefully checking orders for accuracy and quality before they are packaged
- Following established processes to ensure orders are completed correctly
- Organizing completed orders for distribution to our clients
- Preparing completed packages for shipping
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Working with other team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Recognizing when something doesn't look right and bringing it to the appropriate person's attention
Our workload can vary significantly throughout the season. During our busiest periods, we process a high volume of orders with firm deadlines, so being able to maintain accuracy and stay organized when things get busy is important.
Who we're looking for
No previous photo lab experience is necessary. You do need to be someone who:
- Enjoys organized, hands-on work
- Can stay focused while completing repetitive or detail-oriented tasks
- Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Can organize their own workspace and keep track of what they're working on
- Can work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
- Can follow established processes while recognizing when something doesn't look right
- Is comfortable with basic computer use and learning our systems
- Is flexible and willing to help where needed
- Is reliable and takes responsibility for completing their work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is fluent in written and spoken English

Position Details
This is a seasonal position from approximately mid-September through mid-December.
The position is Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

We are an established professional photo lab specializing in school and sports photography. We're a small team, which means everyone plays an important role and being willing to pitch in where needed matters.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
