we are a technology company and are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Customer Service team, MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH & CHINESE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- *Provide exceptional customer service in Chinese to our Chinese-speaking clients.
- *Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers with their questions and concerns,
- *Educate customers on our products, services, and promotions, effectively communicating the benefits and features.
- *Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
- *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- *Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- *Previous customer service experience is preferred, however we will provide full train to the right candidate
- *Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
- *Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- *Ability to work independently and as part of a team
