Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of production lines and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with assembly, and familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes
- Assist with assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and perform basic troubleshooting as needed
- Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to adhere to safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to minimize downtime
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or malfunctions promptly
- Support team members in meeting production targets and quality requirements
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills related to manufacturing processes
Pay: $25.00-$32.54 per hour
