Located on the stunning north shore of Prince Edward Island, Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort is home to David’s Restaurant, a premier dining destination known for its exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and memorable guest experiences.
We are seeking a talented and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at David’s Restaurant for the 2026 season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily dining room operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service flow
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive and personalized service while setting a high standard for the team
- Support, coach, and coordinate front-of-house team members to maintain smooth and timely service
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Monitor food and beverage quality, service standards, and team performance throughout each shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Outgoing, positive, and upbeat personality
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a full-service or fine-dining restaurant is considered an asset
This position is seasonal, June - October. There is an opportunity to extend or move to a year-round property for the winter season.
