GAIN Learning Centre Inc. (www.gainlearning.ca) is seeking individuals to work as Instructor Therapists. Under the supervision of our Senior Team, including RBAs, you will work directly with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder to deliver individualized ABA services in a range of intensities individually. As well, you will monitor the progress of children on your caseload and liaise with their parents.
Qualifications:
- A diploma/ degree in Autism Behavioral Sciences, Child and Youth, Developmental Service, Psychology, or a related field is required;
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking and time-management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- An ability to display a high level of initiative;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to children, ensuring effective client care and support.
- Implement tailored treatment plans based on each child's needs.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as directed by Clinicians.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to enhance communication and case management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to standards of practice.
- Utilize strong time management and communication skills to foster a positive therapeutic environment.
