Principales responsabilités
· Recevoir, vérifier et ranger les marchandises.
· Préparer les commandes clients avec précision.
· Charger et décharger les camions de façon sécuritaire.
· Utiliser un chariot élévateur si certifié.
· Participer au contrôle des stocks et à l'organisation de l'entrepôt.
· Collaborer avec les équipes des opérations, de la logistique et du service à la clientèle.
Profil recherché
· Expérience en entrepôt, préparation de commandes, expédition/réception ou logistique.
· Expérience avec un chariot élévateur considérée comme un atout important.
· Capacité de soulever régulièrement des produits pesant jusqu'à 20 kg (45 lb). Les produits plus lourds sont déplacés à l'aide de chariots élévateurs, de transpalettes et d'autres équipements de manutention.
· Fiable, ponctuel et attentif aux détails.
· Attitude positive et capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.

We are looking for a dependable Order Fulfillment Associate to support our Laval distribution centre through accurate order preparation, shipping, receiving and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
· Receive, inspect and organize incoming shipments.
· Accurately pick, pack and stage customer orders.
· Load and unload trucks safely.
· Operate a forklift if certified.
· Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
· Work closely with operations, logistics and customer service teams.
What We're Looking For
· Warehouse, order picking, shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred.
· Forklift experience is a strong asset.
· Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 45 lbs on a regular basis. Heavier products are handled using forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
· Reliable, organized and detail-oriented.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
