The Bath Sales Associate will be responsible but not limited to:
- Customer Service ( Walk-in/ Inbound Calls/ Social Media/ Internet)
- Ask open-ended questions about customer's project in order to determine customer needs
- Explain the steps needed to complete projects and products needed
- Complete all stages of the sales process, including quotations, sales orders and any required warranties
- Driving promotions and advertisements to increase sales
- Stay current with product trends and customer needs
- Maintain relationships with vendors and help keep all pricing current
- Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure that it is clean and safe
-Must be able to perform customer carry-outs, unassisted, when required. Items for carry-outs may include Toilet bowls & tanks, Shower seats, Shower faucet kits, Faucet's, Accessories, Exhaust fans, etc.
-Required to stand for extended periods of time. Can expect to be on their feet between 6-7 hours a day.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum grade 12 or completion of OSSD or GED equivalent
- Preferential candidates will be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Experience in fast-paced customer service environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturday
- Experience working in a sales driven environment is an asset
- Trade experience is an asset
- Proficiency with computers
