In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring safety, security, and smooth entry for all patrons. Must be committed to working Friday's and occasionally on Saturday's from 10pm - 1am,
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and verify identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions and entry policies
- Monitor guest behavior to uphold safety standards and prevent disturbances
- Enforce loss prevention protocols by observing suspicious activities and preventing theft or vandalism
- Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement when necessary to handle incidents effectively
Requirements
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet authoritative demeanor
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and conflict resolution methods
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Must be at least 21 years old (or as per local legal requirements)
