Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Construction Worker to join our team and contribute to building high-quality homes. This role involves hands-on construction tasks, interpreting blueprints, and operating various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in residential construction projects. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for various construction tasks
- Perform carpentry work including framing, cabinet installation, and flooring installation
- Execute concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work as required on-site
- Install plumbing, electrical systems, and perform construction painting and restoration tasks
- Handle caulking, tile laying, and flooring installation with precision
- Operate heavy machinery safely for site preparation and material movement
- Assist with construction estimating and project planning when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in residential construction or related fields is highly preferred
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is advantageous
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, masonry techniques, welding, and electrical systems
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, carpentry, restoration work, and cabinetry is desirable
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on residential sites
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and building codes related to residential projects

Pay: $17.25-$40.00 per hour
