We’re building a team that cares deeply about hospitality, cleanliness, and creating a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
The Role
We’re looking for welcoming, reliable, and organized team members to join our Wellness Team. This role combines guest service, front desk operations, and facility care to help ensure every guest experience is smooth, safe, and exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and support check-in/check-out
- Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and use our booking system
- Maintain cleanliness of change rooms, showers, and bathrooms
- Manage laundry, restocking, and general facility upkeep
- Support café operations with light prep and cleaning
What You Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Hospitality or customer service experience an asset
Availability
- Commitment of 3–5 shifts per week (minimum 8 months)
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Shifts are typically 2:45–10:45 or 3:45–10:45
Please note: This is an evening-only role. There is no opportunity for transition into daytime shifts now or in the future.
